Order Processing
Orders on Lighttrader.com are processed within 24 hours of being received Monday- Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. PST with the exception of holidays. Orders received on Saturday or Sunday or on holidays will be processed on the following business day.
For expedited order processing, please call us to make sure your order can get out. We will do our best to help get urgent orders processed for you.
Pre-Orders
Items offered on Pre-Order will be fulfilled in the order they are received. Payments are captured at the time of Pre-Order. Expected arrival and availability dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Light Trader uses the most up to date information from our suppliers to indicate when Pre-Order items will begin to become available for fulfillment. We will ship your Pre-Order item when it arrives to our warehouse using the shipping method chosen at checkout. For Local Pick Ups, an email will be sent once your in store pick up order is ready.
Shipping Options
Shipping options for Light Trader are UPS Ground, UPS 3rd Day Select, UPS 2nd Day, and UPS Overnight, UPS Overnight Saver, UPS Overnight Early. We also offer in store pick up. Please allow 4 hours for in store pick up fulfillment. An email will be sent once your in store pick up order is ready.
*Free Shipping Offers are available for orders within the United States only. Orders to Hawaii, Alaska, and some US Territories are excluded from free shipping offers. Bulky/Oversize Items or Items that require LTL transport are excluded.
Light Trader is not responsible for delays in transit and does not guarantee delivery dates. Shipments can sometimes be delayed during the holiday seasons and busier times of the year. UPS will NOT ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical address other than a P.O. Box to complete your transaction. Signature is required for all shipments. If you wish to release signature requirements, you assume all risk of loss. Please call us at 818-408-4444 to arrange a signature release. APO and FPO Addresses may be submitted. You are responsible for any applicable customs, handling fees, and inventory liability. Insurance is recommended for any items that are returned.
UPS Expedited Shipping Guarantee Conditions and Exclusions:
The UPS Service Guarantee does not apply to Shipments that are delayed due to causes beyond UPS’s control, including, but not limited to, the following: the unavailability or refusal of a person to accept Delivery of the Shipment; delays caused by the Consignee; acts of God; public authorities acting with actual or apparent authority on the premises; acts or omissions of customs or similar authorities; riots; circumstances arising before, during, or after a strike or other labour dispute; civil commotions; disruptions in the air or ground transportation network and natural disasters (such as weather phenomena).
Product Availability
Light Trader does not guarantee the stock status of an item. If you are placing an order and require immediate shipment, please call us at 818-408-4444 to insure that the item is in stock and available. Backordered items may be purchased on Light Trader. We will ship the item as soon as we receive our stock replenishment. If a backordered item becomes unavailable from the manufacturer, we will refund your money on that item. If you have questions on backorder times, please call us at 818-408-4444. Special Order items must be ordered by phone. Please call us at 818-408-4444 to purchase a Special Order item.
